Classes are held in a specially created space filled with healing crystals, candles, Buddha statues, aromatherapy oils, incense and healing music. We only conduct classes by appointment due to the healing energy chanelled into each class.

Uniquely structured to help you achieve peace of mind, relaxation, tone the whole body with yoga postures (asanas) breathing techniques which assist respiratory function (pranayam) and meditation (dyanah) to assist in finding inner peace.

Healing music and visualisation are used in every class to help you achieve peace of mind, recharge and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Music therapy is a beautiful and cost effective way to heal your mind.
